    Clyde and I made a good team when canning produce from our garden. Early retirement at the age of 62 let us spend a lot of quality time together for the last 22 years. We gardened, canned and sold produce at local farmer’s markets; gathered nuts and sold them; did crafts together and made many friends that we hadn’t had time to do when Clyde was working so many long hours and away from home lots of time.
